Welcome to the Alward Physical Education page!

Each day in PE we want to work hard to have fun, get fit (and sweaty) and try new things.

As we progress throughout the year, we will work to get better at a variety of skills including: Jogging, skipping, galloping, throwing, catching, bowling, jump rope, hula hoop and so much more.

We will also learn the important skills of being a good teammate, keeping a good attitude, being a good sport and doing the best we can.

Everyday we work hard to keep good attitudes, listen to each other, help one another, be polite, show respect and show we care.  If we work to do those things, we will HAVE SO MUCH FUN!
